I was able to deactivate it, not sure what the problem was.
You have many plguins that are not yet updated, do update those as soon as possible.
You can deactivate the plugin? If you can, then once deactivated, remove it via FTP.

It does not appear that you are using UsersWP at the moment.

The site does not appear to be using UsersWP for login or for profiles, as I was logged in as the test user and the profile is for the ARM user.
Please explain how the test user is supposed to edit their profile to recreate the issue you are describing.

Yes, UsersWP works a little differently, allowing users to choose.

Not sure which image you mean, do you meant he UsersWP profile photo?
DIsplay of the photo depends a lot on the theme you are using.
Can you share your site URL, and a User Profile URL, and then the page where you want the profile image displayed, so we can take a look at the issue.
