Hi,
You can take help from the hosting provider regarding the above case as it is not always the UsersWP who generates the error. There are server resources overused by your site and causing this issue. If you can set up the same site in local or on another server to test then please do and let us know if you get the same error or not or try using minimal plugins as you can.

We have used default Posts and Comments on the Posts. You are talking about the Video which is a post type of theme. You have to do customizations to add it to the profile tabs. The Posts and Comments added by UsersWP are for default Posts in WordPress. If the theme provides a shortcode to display comments from videos then it will be easier for you to add from tab builder otherwise you will need to do customization with the help from the developer.

It looks like the theme or plugin is adding schema to the content of the post. You have to avoid the schema tags and just display the text content. This is the output of the shortcode.

There is a plugin that might be preventing to allow reset the password by the user. We use the ‘allow_password_reset’ filter to check if it is allowed to reset the password or not and when I checked this from code I found that it is changed by someone to false. Can you check the settings of the plugins if there is any plugin preventing this may be security plugins or other plugins? I need to check by deactivating the plugins one by one and I would not recommend doing on live site as it can affect your live users. If you don’t find anything then let me know and I will try to figure out the things.

The issue generated due to the multiple login forms on the same page. You have login form in the footer which I would suggest removing and then let me know if the issue is still there or not. Regarding font awesome, we will replace our logic for checking <i> tag instead of <svg> as the latest font awesome uses <svg> to display the icon. We will fix that for sure in the next update.

We have a function uwp_get_displayed_user() to get the User ID of displayed profile and the currently logged in user if it is viewed by logged in user. Also, there is a query_var set to “uwp_profile” while viewing a profile of the user or use function uwp_get_user_by_author_slug() to get the user’s ID.

We have found the error and we are working on the fix. The error is because you have country field in the account form and the GD Location manager reads the country field submitted via the form and redirects the page accordingly. So it is redirecting the page to 404 because the criteria doesn’t match. We will change this country field to something like user_country or uwp_country to fix this which will take time.

It can be easily removed from the form builder. There is an option to select Show in what locations? I have removed the users list from there and it is not showing on the users list page now. You can do this for other custom fields.
