Hi,
UWP uses the custom table wp_uwp_usermeta for storing metadata fields created via form builder for an account and registration forms. The normal user is registered via WP default functionalities but the metadata submitted via UWP account form will be stored in our custom table. We have WooCommerce add on which can be used to display products and orders in the profile tab as well as in our account page there are forms for changing billing/shipping details. – DB is fine, per customer support guys
– WP version 5.2.3
– My UsersWP version is 1.0.23
– Latest UsersWp has some UI issue, so using this version(would upgrading and back downgrading made this issue?)Hello,
Custom fields are not available as merge tags, but this is something we are considering for future versions, after we have finished with our current priorities.
There is but the one admin email address recipient at the moment so what you are describing would require a customization.

Here are the steps for connecting UsersWP to GeoDirectory:
1. Install and Activate UsersWP
2. Go to UsersWP – Addons (tab) – GeoDirectory
3. Choose the settings you want and save
4. Go to UsersWP – Profile (subtab)
5. Choose the settings you want and save
6. Visit your profile at /profile/ to see the effect.Unfortunately, when O go to #2, there is a broken icon. Even thought I have GeoDirectory v2 Installed already and it is properly functioning. Not sure what I am missing. I tried fully uninstalling UsersWP and re-installing it – that did not fix it. Advice?

1. I would like to use email id as username at the registration page and subsequent pages for login etc.
This is not possible with UsersWP features and so would require your own customization.
2. I am using registration only to enable them to add/edit business listing using GeoDirectory. How do I restrict it. Users will not be allowed to add any post or comment etc.
UsersWP is not a membership or role management plugin yet. You will need another plugin to do that.
3. I would like to activate registration after confirming their email id and one more verification (which can be text message on mobile or sending code to their physical address or something).
We have a moderation addon, have you already tried that?
4. On the registration page, instead of showing the label inside the field, I would like to show on the left outside the box. (similar to add listing page in GeoDirectory)
This may be possible with CSS, please share a link to the page so we can take a look.

I am unfortunately running into the same issue I had a few months ago.
Yesterday while trying to format the Profile page, I tried to update a field to show in the “profile side” location and ran into the “Column change failed, you may have too many columns” error again. So, as before I re-added the fields for Facebook Page, phone number, website, Active State(s), and User Role.
Any user info entered into those fields prior to re-adding them appears to have been lost, again (I think the info had been lost before I attempted to re-add the fields not in the process).
This wasn’t much of an issue before but now I’m having new users sign up more regularly and don’t want to be losing their data.
I only have 12 fields so I’m not sure how there are “too many columns”.

I’m trying to achieve the following and hope you can guide me in the right direction.
I have a site that uses S2 Member and UsersWP(of course).
There are two user registration forms, one for each of the above.I would like to be able to capture user profile data on the S2 membership form(paid membership) and have that info properly assigned to their profile.
What’s the best way to achieve this?
I have these brief resources from S2 on how to access the field data but I’m unsure what to do with this as it pertains to UsersWP

So I spent the weekend banging my head against the wall searching for something simple, so I could impress my boss with my developer prowess.We have to create user profiles that are customized, and I had to put the woocommerce products for the particular use on their new user page.
I kept digging and only found the php snippets, but not being a php coder I said “OMG can’t there just be a shortcode for this!! since I’m putting it in DIVI.
So after a few days of banging my head on the search engines, I thought — you know, I’ll ask the guys are UsersWP
BUT GUESS WHAT!! You already have it as an add on.!
So my question is, that has a shortcode right? To display their products that they created on their profile page.
It’s a little known fact that products have an author field, so this works well.

I do not understand:
1. I purchased the GEO Directory which requires this plugin. okay, fine, not really, but fine.
2. The plugin offers a profile link and buttons for the user to customize their profile pics … ect
3. Why can the user NOT update these fields? Why have fields that tell the user that can update these items, but in the prior post you say that it is not possible? This does not make sense.Hi,
Currently, it is not possible to change the profile picture and banner image from the account form as there are no such fields in the form builder. Account form contains custom fields which are used for the registration form or account form added via form builder in admin side.

In the Acount tab, set the fields you want to appear in the register form. Have you tried that?
