Please let us know about which browser you are using, too, and which form it is that is causing the issue.
I was able to login with the menu pop form as well as the form on the login page.

You can link to the page “/change/” from any link you create, including placing a custom link in a menu.

Did you do a default installation? Add or remove any fields?

Currently only the Supreme theme shows the listing author’s avatar on the listing page, but not in the map bubble. It’s a good idea, though, and you might want to put in a request for that feature.
However, this is a pretty standard request, and you may find either plugins on wordpress.org that can help or a developer who could make this customization for you.
