Good morning Alex.
Yes, I am using the short code.
I was thinking I would delete the plugin and upload again.
Screen shot attached.
Success! Site did not crash. Thank you thank you.
Now, for the sites where it did crash.. What do I do now. Delete all plugins (deactivate) turn on userswp first and then activate or (reinstall?)
Meaning do I delete all the uwp plugins or deactive?
Thank you Guust.
Kind regards,
S Valencia
Hello Guust. I am going to install, on a brand new install, the latest version of userswp plugin.
Next, I will begin installing the other plugins as required.
If I run into any problems, issues or tears.. lol.. jk.. I will follow this thread in response.
Actually, I will reply success or not so much.. kind regards,
S Valencia

I see the image. Here is what happened in sequence.
I “updated” the prior version and the site cratered with an error message. So, I renamed the newer version.
Then I reinstalled the older version and presto site back up.
Are you implying that I need to “delete” the prior version and upload the newer version in “updating” and not use the “update” link?
Regards,
Hello.
I did not. I assumed that selecting the /signup/ page would auto insert the code. Where do I find the short code please.
Kind regards,
Nix that comment… I see the short code tab.
Hello Alex.
Hello again… apparently setting the op cache to enable is not the culprit. Unless it is only being set on a site by site basis. If I understood the server team correctly the dedicated server is server-wide setting. Which brings me to another point.
I just updated another site that has UserWP plugin and here we go again…https://usfdins.com (Site Down)
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/usfdins2009/public_html/wp-content/plugins/userswp/includes/class-users-wp.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home/usfdins2009/public_html/wp-content/plugins/userswp/userswp.php on line 70
This suggests that it is not the binary 1 setting.. but.. it was good to know because it may be contributing, as you mentioned, to crashes when updating other plugins too.. thank you.
Will you need admin access on this one as well? And all the others?
Kind regards,
Steve
ps. have to go to the other agency and get started.. will try to check back later..
Update Stiofan. They have change the settings and will restart apache server and another service. If there are not problems after that, we are good to go.
Thank you.
