Hi,

if you visit the register page when logged in, you are redirected to the account page.

If you visit the register page while logged out you’ll see the register form.

You can put it on any page, but you also select that page as the page to be used for that shortcode.

Yes I can confirm that currently there is no way to import users with user’s meta.

I don’t think templates changed. It’s an update to fix compatibility with the latest WP security update.

did you check this? https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/5761/display-text-if-current-user-has-written-1-or-more-posts-in-a-custom-post-type

Just change the post type to gd_place.
