Admins can upload or replace a user’s UsersWP profile picture and cover banner from the user’s edit screen in wp-admin.

1. Go to Users > All Users and click Edit under the user.
2. Scroll down to the UsersWP Account Details section.
3. Click Upload Avatar (or Change Avatar if they already have one) and choose an image. Crop it and save.
4. Do the same with Upload Banner or Change Banner for the cover image.
5. Click Update User at the bottom of the page.

The WordPress Profile Picture field higher up on the same screen is not the UsersWP picture. WordPress takes that one from Gravatar, and UsersWP leaves it alone inside wp-admin. On the front end, UsersWP shows the uploaded picture instead.

Users can change their own picture and banner on their profile page while logged in, by clicking the camera icon on the avatar or banner.

The image sizes UsersWP crops to are set on UsersWP > General > Profile. More about the blocks that show these images: UWP > User Avatar and UWP > User Cover Image.
