Changing user profile image and banner from backend

    Hi,
    Prior to recent changes it was possible to add/change a profile image and banner in the backend when editing the user.
    After updating UsersWp this is no longer an option (bootlace or non-bootlace), so if a user hasn’t uploaded these then their profile shows default images. It would be great if this can be fixed as I think it’s a nice touch to do this for users.
    Let me know if you need any access info to investigate further.

    Hello,

    The image in the backend is by WordPress and not the UsersWP plugin. It will show the same image from gravatar or you can upload your own.

    Currently UWP options are for the frontend only.
    I have asked the developers to comment if they have something to add.

    Hi Alex,
    That might be the case at the moment, however, prior to recent updates (not sure if it was a UsersWP or a Geodirectory update) it was possible to go to mywebsite/wp-admin/users.php and then edit a user to add a userswp profile and banner image to show on their profile.
    So that’s why I think something has either been changed or there’s a bug.

    Hi,

    We have already found and fixed this issue. You can check the solution here: https://github.com/UsersWP/userswp/pull/317/commits/7b98e65e7effe63babccb6e8301150281fc57b8b. It will be available in the next release.
